DUGOUT offers a range of coaching and training sessions for grassroots football players and schools.
We provide skills and fitness training for groups and individuals including those with disabilities.
All sessions are delivered by an experienced and qualified coach.
TRAINING THAT MAKES A DIFFERENCE
Coaching sessions for groups of up to 5 players covering all areas of the game. Focusing on ball skills, technique work and player awareness. Sessions suitable whether it be for friends or teammates.
1-2-1 coaching focusing on the players needs. Analysis of both technical and tactical aspects of the game. Working with the parents / guardians to develop the player's all round game.
Fitness sessions to increase / maintain fitness levels, pre season work or if your returning from an injury. Football specific work looking at endurance, speed and agility.
